The Average Boy

An average boy
In a deep, deep thought,
Just taking love out of
His eyes----------- his heart------------ his mind;
Just dropping it in his tears,
Leading an average life.

Slow, that average boy was,
To realize that he was not up to it,
Kind, that average boy was,
To give the love he was sure no one could beat;
So he dropped his love,
So he lost his love
In the way,
Leading an average life.

He was average though
He was a great, great thinker,
And this was his one aspect
That made him divert from his "Average"-ness.
He used to search his mind,
His heart, his brain,
And never thinking of any gain,
He just let his thoughts loose,
So that he lingered and lingered
In worlds unknown,
Living in strange desires,
Full of love, peace and hopes,
Thus, living a "not-so" average life.
